The right answer to today's education
Chandra Roshni Foundation was established in 2015 by Gaurav Dwivedi Adv with the aim of making the Government schemes known to the people and to provide them benefits. At the same time, the defects that are increasing among children like children going to poor natures or their mental disturbances, along with this, the children are developing habits of addication, the organization is focusing on them. Along with this, children’s interest in education is also being lost, keeping in view which it continuously works to bring changes in education and is connecting more and more children with education. If any youth or citizen is not interested in education then we help him/her in getting employment by providing skill development training, along with this also we are linking the children with employment after their education, the organization is also continuously working on stop bagging.
Our Mission
Intervention
- CRF program positively impact the ecosystem around the youth, including education systems, families and the community at large. Chandra Roshni Foundation program ensure that the environment around the youth is an ‘enabling’ one that supports positive decision making, impressing upon a vision and mission for self and community’s growth. At the same time, hard behavior and bad addiction among youth can be tackled.
In this way, parents can help children deal with the mental stress that may occur due to wrong use of mobile phone and can provide proper management which can bring about mental change in the children.
Our Goals
Our overall goal is to improve lives and livelihoods and bring about a mindset change towards skilling And that is why, CRF’s theory of change demonstrates not just sustainable livelihoods but a shift that our trainees experience in their lives – from confusion about life goals to confident decision making; from financial dependence to economic independence; from drifting jobs to building stable careers and most importantly a long-term vision towards evolving their lives. Besides, the system also helps in providing employment and self-employment so as to strengthen their economic condition.
OUR HISTORY
CRF short for Chandra Roshni Foundation is a Non-Government Organization established in November 2015 by Gaurav Dwivedi Adv The Foundation was established to provide job-linked training and placement to youth from low-resource communities. Dwivedi’s inspiration to start CRF came from a career guidance workshop she conducted in a resettlement colony in Lucknow, where she recognized the immense potential of these young people. However, she also saw the challenges they faced, including limited training opportunities and financial constraints, which prevented them from accessing organized-sector jobs. The organization helped in organizing placement camps with some government and private institutions and placed 3000+ youth.
Drawing on her experience in Human Resource Management in the corporate sector, Dwivedi understood the importance of soft skills in the job market, which these youth lacked. This led her to establish CRF with the purpose of bridging the gap between resource-poor youth and the organized sector, connecting them for mutual benefit. After providing free training to the youth, they were involved in the placement camp and they were placed. Over the years, we have also expanded our reach to several communities within Uttar Pradesh as well as peri-urban and rural communities Today, our programs have reached over 50+ District in Uttar Pradesh alone. Our programs and offerings have also multiplied.
They include career guidance for adolescents, women entrepreneurship, Digital literacy for men and women, job-linked placement programs for a range of jobs for youth, entrepreneurship opportunities to youth, as well as capacity building for other development sector organizations. All our programs focus on both technical and personal development skills, aiming to empower individuals to become self-sufficient to lead dignified, productive lives.
